Equipment summary:ZD2-2 modle cleaning machine is offully enclosed structure having
dismountablestainless steel case. Whole tank iscomposed of two
parts, cleaning partand blowing, rust proof and dryingpart. They
are connected by bolt foreasy transportation and maintenance.Two
levels can be divided at verticaldirection, the upper is each
compartment,i.e. rough cleaning, rinsing, sprayingroom, blowing
room, rust proof room,drying room, the lower is four liquidstorage
tanks (1 for rough cleaning,1 for rinsing, 2 for rinsing and
rustproof) and two sets of fine filters.Overflow, drainage, drawer
type filtration,level controller and automatic feedingdevice are
set for each tank to avoidvapor from leaking effectively.
